About Laura Ieraci

CEO & founder

Laura is a six-time award-winning journalist, newspaper and magazine editor, with more than 20 years’ experience in print, digital, radio, television and documentary film. Laura has worked internationally in three languages with media outlets and organizations in Canada, the United States, Europe, Africa and South America, and has covered a variety of stories and beats, from local news to provincial legislatures, the Vatican and international events.

Her expertise in religion reporting and nonprofit communications has made her keenly aware of the communications needs of nonprofit groups. As a communications professional, she has provided communications audits, strategic planning, media relations, public relations, content development, donor communications and social media.

She has taught college-level media ethics and has scholarly interests in the relationship between religion, journalism, theology and communications.

Laura’s educational trajectory has contributed to a track record of excellence in teaching and communications. It includes a bachelor’s in education from McGill University, a master’s in communications from the Park School of Communications at Ithaca College, a journalism certificate from Concordia University and a licentiate from the Pontifical Gregorian University.

On weekends, Laura enjoys working with her husband, who pastors a Byzantine Catholic church in Whiting, Indiana.
